Orders for assortment produced by the company Rosiński i Spółka S.A. Zakład Produkcji Opakowań are placed in written form.

Company Rosiński i S-ka S.A. takes an obligation to realize an order within 2 weeks from its confirmation.

Orders are realized in quantities which are multiple of packages in which bottles and caps are packed. Basic package is a pallet.

Minimum quantity of ordered bottles and caps is 20000 pcs. Allowable is production of 1 assortment in different colours, but in quantity not lower than 10000 pcs. in 1 colour, including the rule from point 3.

An exception to the point 4 are orders for standard products, which are currently on the store.

First three samples in special colour or raw material are made free of charge. Each next sample costs 350 PLN (for each colour, concetration, raw material).

All outstandings of the company Rosiński i Spółka S.A. Zakład Produkcji Opakowań are supervised by Biuro Windykacji Należności Coface Intercredit. The only payment conditions until granting trade credit line are advanced payment or cash.

Some of packages are registered designs, what means the lack of possibility to sell them to companies, which come from the markets, to which this reservation applies. Producer of packaging is not responsible for the final market destination of products. The list of registered designs is published on web site.

Company Rosiński i Spółka S.A. Zakład Produkcji Opakowań runs detailed settlement of returnable packages (new EUR pallets, carton trays) dispatched with goods. Not returned packages are invoiced in the end of each quarter (there may be an exception in case of EUR pallets, which are sold directly with goods in individual cases). This settlement does not applies to cartons, however we ask our customers to return them if possible.

Transactions, which total value does not exceed 1000 PLN gross, are paid in cash or advanced payment.

Produced goods comply with specifications.

Complaints are admitted only in case of any inconsistency with samples and specifications approved by customer in written from.

Company Rosiński i S-ka SA can keep on stock ordered goods without any charge for 3 months from the production date. If produced items will not be collected within that period, the Buyer will be charged for storage – 40 PLN / pallet / each month. Company Rosiński I S-ka has the right to utilize not collected items at the expense of the Buyer, if the Buyer do not fulfill his obligation to collect ordered items within the specified by the Producer period of time.
Cost of utilization could not be lower than 100 % of value of not collected goods.
Costs of utilization mean cost of manufacturing of goods (cost of raw material, current, labour, fixed cost, cost of management and administration, logistic, amortization, lost profits) and cost of utilization service of goods.
Using of above mentioned rights shall be without prejudice to the right to seek compensation based on a general principle.

The goods bought in company Rosiński i S-ka SA are still their property until the Buyer realize the payment for them.
