Within the production halls, fully automated machines and equipment are in operation. The production process constitutes one and well organised unit. From the moment of raw materials and dye are fed through to the moment of pouring or blowing, right through to packaging.

We have machines with complete peripheral equipment, ensuring high quality end product. Peripheral equipment includes: automatic deburrers, tightness control stations, gravimetric feeders, conveyor belts, automatic packing machines and recycling mills that are integrated into the machine.

We are able to carry out precise and thorough examination of manufactured details, which is an assurance of high quality packaging.
The main advantage of our quality control system is the CARL ZEISS measuring machine, offering the latest measuring technology.
We are certain of the extremely consistent accuracy of the measurements carried out. This is exactly what is necessary to introduce, in advance, changes in the process, ensure high quality production and in thus minimise the costs of poor quality.

Our laboratory also provides:

• a vacuum chamber, simulating a 12 hour survey of gravitational tightness in 1 minute
• a thermal test chamber with gravitational air circulation for stress corrosion testing, i.e. simulating what happens to medium-filled packaging material on a store shelf for up to half a year
• TOP LOAD testing equipment which measures vertical pressure resistance of bottles
• a measuring shaft for measuring the torque, i.e. the strength of screwing and unscrewing of caps
• a ballpoint thickness gauge for measuring the thickness of the walls of the packaging
